Here our goal is to provide you with the ultimate spa experience, by unsurpassed personal attention, and highly trained professional staff. We are experts in the art of rejuvenation.

Spa Retreat offers personalized service to our guests. We offer a variety of treatments from body therapy, to face care, to hand and foot treatments. By the time you leave our spa, we will energize your body, clear your mind and soothe your senses. Serenity is created as your Spa journey begins.

Spa Etiquette

Please feel free to express any special requests, concerns or health conditions at the time of booking. Our practitioners are professionally trained. They will continue to adjust your comfort levels as needed. Please do not hesitate to bring any concerns to your practitioner's attention to make the most of your spa experience. Should you require a receipt for insurance purposes, please specify at the time of booking. Spa Retreat is a non-smoking environment. Cell phone use is prohibited on spa premises. We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen articles.

Booking

We recommend booking spa appointments at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to help us accommodate your needs. Spa Retreat is a resort facility that is especially busy on weekends.

Arrival Time & Punctuality

Feel free to arrive in whatever is comfortable. We will provide you with a locker, robe and sandals. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time in order to provide time to fill out our client health form, change into your robe and sandals, and enable you to unwind before your treatment. This ensures your receive your full service. A late arrival will result in shortened treatment time to accommodate other guests fairly. Full charge will apply.

Spa Cancellation Policy

The treatments you select are reserved especially for you with one of our professionally trained therapists. We require AT LEAST 24 hours' notice to cancel without charge. At spa staff's discretion, you will be charged 50% of your spa service if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time. No-shows will be subject to a 100% charge. Groups of 3 or more must provide 14 days notification of cancellation, or the group will be subject to 100% payment. A credit card guarantee may be required when making the reservation.

Privacy and Modesty

All of our spa services are performed in private treatment rooms. During spa services, you will be completely covered, only the area receiving treatment will be exposed at your level of comfort. You will be recovered as the therapist moves on to other area of attention. Client health history forms are confidential. They will not be shared with a third party unless client requests such a release.

Refreshments

We offer a variety of complimentary beverages throughout the spa. Alcoholic beverages as well as lunch or dinner are available at a la carte prices.

Gratuities

Gratuities and taxes are not included in the price of treatments. At check out, you can use our gratuity envelopes to reward your therapist for a job well done. Group bookings of 3 or more are subject to gratuity surcharge of 20%.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards. We also accept personal checks with two forms of identification. Golf and Spa Members may charge to their accounts.
