The community is nestled within Hole #10, a 409 yard dog leg left. From here generous views of the golf course are available for select golf side homes and for others through The Community Common, a gathering place adjacent the golf course. Also set within the community is an English Country Garden, providing an intimate lushly landscaped oasis for many home sites. The community is surrounded by perimeter landscaping and fencing to define the enclave of homes.
The main entry to 'The Residences' is off the golf course access driveway, a secondary driveway exits to Egremont Road, both with controlled entry features. Guests will use the main entry point.
The sites vary from single detached homes on freehold lots (a vacant land condominium) to manor homes, a series of attached homes (traditional condominium ownership) with a range of 1,329 square feet to 2,354 square feet to suit all preferences.
The swimming pool, cabana, deck area will be located adjacent the golf clubhouse, a short walk or golf cart ride. Golf carts will be encouraged to use the private roadways and cart paths within the community and golf resort. Each home has a golf cart storage location within the garage, should you chose the purchase of a golf cart.
