Golfvest
 Golfvest was formed in 2003 with a business plan focused on the acquisition, development and management of golf course communities in Ontario. The first community is Sawmill Creek Golf Resort and Spa, the first housing enclave is "The Residences of Sawmill Creek".
The principals have extensive experience in real estate, finance and golf course management. They have managed residential and golf resort related communities throughout Ontario, in the Greater Toronto and Muskoka markets, including golf communities at King Valley Golf Club, Emerald Hills Golf Club and The Lake Joseph Club. Other housing and commercial developments have been established and managed throughout southern Ontario.
